Man’s Affair Is Having An Affair

In a significant blow to the concept of true love, a man discovered yesterday that the married woman he’s been cheating on his wife with, has been having a second affair behind his back. “I don’t know how long it’s been going on,” he mused, “for all I know there were always four people in this relationship.”

HSE administrator Vincent Cooke (34), admitted he was profoundly hurt to learn that his “bit on the side,” had been having a bit on the side. Or, as he put it, “To learn of her cruel betrayal of our infidelity with a purely physical relationship? One that lacked all the magic and joy of the extramarital affair we first embarked upon – hesitantly and shyly – all those weeks ago”.

“It’s now clear to me,” the Glenamaddy man sniffed, “that she never really gave our cheating a fair chance?”

“I suppose I’ll be free to spend more time with my wife now,” he whispered.
