Never Mind About Syria’s Butchered Children, The Sun Has Rescued A Donkey

“Hand wringing, left wing Jeremy Corbyn supporters can take a break from crying crocodile tears over the supposed slaughter of Syrian children,” according to a ‘report’ in The Sun.

“But,” the paper says, “supporters of the Israel-hating labour leader can take comfort in the fact that at least one refugee will be able to recover in the peace and quiet of the Cloverhill Donkey Sanctuary in Yorkshire”.

Hardworking Ali the donkey, (pictured above), was rescued from a pair of would-be benefits scroungers who pleaded to be allowed bring their families to Britain, in his place.

“If not,” they threatened, “we will be forced to eat him before nightfall”.
